The All-Russian Action «Gagarin’s Smile» took place in the University on Space Day, 12 April.
Anyone could take a photo or selfie in front of a poster with the famous image of smiling Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin. Then it was necessary to publish a photo on social media with hashtags: #Gagarin’sSmile2021 #OurVictories.
About 25 people, including university students and teachers, took part in the event.
It was not the first year. This action intended to remind citizens of the achievement made by Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin, as well as of the exploits of our native cosmonauts. This year’s event is more important than ever, as 2021 marks the 60th anniversary of the first human space flight.
The «Gagarin’s Smile» helps students and teachers not only to try to repeat the famous smile, but also to touch the great history, to remember the great achievements of national cosmonauts and just get a charge of good mood for the whole day.
«Gagarin’s Smile» has become one of the most positive, practical and informative actions of the Victory Volunteers.
