On November, 25 Pitirim Sorokin SyktSU Institute of Foreign Languages’ students organized a quiz related to Thanksgiving Day for school №24 pupils and the University first-year students.
The quiz included three parts each of which reflected different information about the Day. There were history aspects, celebration specifics, songs and films related to this date. All parts of the quiz were presented in the English language.
Pitirim Sorokin SyktSU fourth-year students organized this event. Participants of the meeting noticed that the quiz was highly informative and was aimed at spoken English. School №24 teachers Ekaterina Gulyaeva and Elena Misharina highlighted that the pupils felt comfortable thanks to kind and initiative organizers.
